summer beauty + wellness glow up 💕🌴✨ ✨disclaimer✨ you don’t need to do any of these things to have a “glow up” or look and feel your best. these are just some things i like to do or have tried recently to make myself feel good before the summer! 💋LIP FILLER 💉 i got lip filler for the first time! i’ve been curious about it for a while and was super nervous tbh, but i knew i was in good hands at @telolabs ! i told my NP hayley that i wanted a super subtle natural plump and she did exactly that! she added a half syringe to my top lip to give it a hydrated, plump look and so it would balance better with my bottom lip. i was genuinely so surprised it didn’t hurt at all (and if you know me you know how much of a wimp i am lol!) i would definitely recommend this clinic and i’m def coming back when i need a filler + botox touch up ☀️HIGHLIGHTS + CUT 💇🏼‍♀️ a good set of highlights and a fresh cut boosts my confidence so much. i’ve been going to @ritahazan for my highlights for a couple years now and she nails the perfect golden sunkissed blonde that looks so natural on me. i go to @miguelluishair for a cut, he does long face framing layers that add dimension but are still super low maintenance 💅🏼 MANICURE 🐝 i get so many compliments on my nails and it’s all thanks to @keti_nails_nyc ! she’s such a master of her craft and is the sweetest human ever. i get hard gel (extension if needed), an almond shape, and always a pastel shade with chrome on top. thank you @evitascoccia for this life changing rec! 🤍 QURE FACIAL 🧖🏼‍♀️ i’d heard amazing things about @qureskincare and was so excited to try out their skincare. i got a facial at @sykskin by @sooyoung with their micro infusion system and LED mask and was glowing after ! 🩵ENDOSPHÈRES 🧊 i was so excited to try this italian body contouring technique. @endospheresofficial is like a cross between lymphatic drainage, massage, and body sculpting. it uses this special roller device and creates low-frequency vibrations that tone and firm different areas. @hillaryclark from @pietrosimoneofficial worked on my abs, legs, and arms and i felt so good after!
