This five-course menu is priced at $70 per person, with an optional wine pairing for an additional $30. The menu features dishes like the Key West Pink Shrimp Tartare Cocktail with horseradish aioli and pasilla tomato sorbet, the Adobo Pork Short Rib with guava rum glaze, and the Key Lime Coconut Brûlée with soursop pearls.
