One Pan Creamy Tortellini with Sausage & Spinach 🤤 I saw the original recipe by @Natasha and thought I’d give it a try for my one pan meals! It’s super delicious and comes together in under 30 min! Here’s how I made it: - 1 T Olive Oil (link on bio for $5 off @Graza) - 1/2 medium yellow onion, diced - 4-6 cloves garlic, to taste - 1/2 lb hot italian sausage - 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes - 1/4 cup chicken broth - 1/2-3/4 cup cream - 10oz tortellini (half a family bag) - Salt, pepper, red pepper (to taste but I used about a t of each) - Freshly grated parm, to taste - 2 handfuls of spinach - Fresh basil 1. In a large pan, heat your oil over medium heat. Add in your onions and cook for about 4-5 minutes. Throw in your garlic and cook for another 30 seconds. 2. Add your sausage to the same pan, breaking with a spoon. Cook through. 3. Add in your tomatoes, chicken broth, cream (start with 0.5 cup and add more if needed), seasonings, and tortellini. Stir and cook until the tortellini is done, about 8 minutes or so, stirring occasionally. Add more cream if needed. 4. Add in your parm and spinach. Stir and keep on the heat until the spinach has wilted. Top with fresh basil and more parm.
