Final 2022 goal in stores NOW: When I joined @menshealthmag, I told close friends of mine that one of my biggest goals was to document hip-hop’s health revolution in print. Now, thanks to @jimjonescapo @daveeast @myfabolouslife and @mainohustlehard’s brotherhood @fitlitclub, that’s been done. Oh, but it’s far from over. I wouldn’t be anywhere in journalism (or manhood) without hip-hop, and I’m tired of decades old stereotypes still defining us. Hip-Hop is healthy. Health is gangsta. And it’s time to get used to it.
