Hey there...it’s been a WILD ride! Avatars Of Love was pretty much written and recorded in the span of one year, summer 2020 to ‘21. Writing these songs was the experience of a lifetime. Recording was an intense, intuitive joy. Mixing and sequencing the album was sometimes a challenge, but pure bliss, cause I knew it was all there. I was so exhausted by the end of it. And yet: when the record finally was done, in November, I somehow decided to also mix it in Dolby Atmos, which took longer, and then yet longer than anticipated. (I hope some of you are able to immerse yourself in that version of the album too, on @tidal, @applemusic or @amazonmusic, it’s a trip).
