Taking accountability as a stylist to say NO ..to what you know is not your expertise 👏🏼 saying no if you know their expectations are unrealistic 👏🏼 saying no if you know it’s not a good idea 👏🏼 again take accountability. Stop blaming the “colors” they had done before . If that’s the case you should have addresses that in a consultation and told them your profesional option not when you see it’s mid color / after the color and it didn’t work out. Trust is build by ✨ communication ✨and honesty. Be honest with yourself , with your client and if you are going to take on something like this take your take , price accordingly . Integrity in your work is EVERYTHING . Maybe only 1-2 clients would truly pay for something of this value and that’s okay , but don’t cut yourself short , half ass or blame any product not even your own colors or lighteners . YOU are the professional. I challenge you to take more courses or classes if you need to but stop blaming the client Total ticket cost of this was: $1,050 *Not including take home products Price breakdown : Foiling service for this was: $650 * includes Prep with crystal gel and Olaplex of course 2nd time foiling was: $200 Includes re application ( a little less than what our partial foil cost is ) Toner & color melt $115 (This part is the least expensive because the lightening was done correctly ) Haircut $80 Any service with us includes blow dry and style 🥰❤️ I don’t charge hourly - I charge per project and what needs to be done reason being I am extremely fast and creative so I can usually get things done way faster than they need to be , so this way works our so much better for me personally , hopefully this was helpful 🙌🏼
