LADWP Celebrates Hispanic Heritage Month - Rosalba is a supervisor in the Water Distribution Emergency Response Group and current President of the LADWP Chapter for Society of Women Engineers. She's in charge of emergency response and preparedness efforts for the division. As a Public Information Officer, she provides information to media and the public during emergency repairs related to water main breaks. She oversees development of plans, procedures, and training to respond effectively during emergencies. Her daily efforts help contribute to making our water system more resilient and reliable.
