Our physical and emotional bodies are ONE. ❤️‍🔥 As someone who spent most of their adult life trying to escape their physical body (and dodge their emotions) this universal truth has forced me to face the challenge that so many of us struggle with... How to live presently within in our own body, and tuning in rather than out. It’s HARD to come back into a body we no longer trust, or one we’ve never known to begin with. A body that has failed us or caused us so much pain. Perhaps a body that serves as a visual reminder of all the dust, mud, and shit it had to crawl through just to be where it is today. Physical scars hold power over us like that. Whatever you’re dealing with or have ever dealt with within your womb space (even if it’s a void where one once existed) there is energy trapped there. So much so that it may be influencing the current experience that you’re having in your body at this very moment. If you’re open to new ideas; please give this a try. Softly, gently, and tenderly.
