2:58:38 - I will never forget today. I have given my all to this prep. This was the first time in my life I felt I truly gave everything I had and left nothing on the table. Running a sub 3 hour marathon is not the result of a “lucky” race, it is the result of staying committed day in and day out towards my goal.
