The first phase of The Collection at R Street is now on the market! Comprising three distinct typologies, the project contains a total of 21 units, each with different characteristics of #missingmiddle housing. The heart of the project is the third iteration of a historic DC school building that had been previously been converted to the headquarters of Africare. At the east, a formerly vacant lot now contains two #sidebyside #rowhouses with separate entrances and spacious #roofdecks.
