We don't want to make chocolate at any cost; it is important to us that we do no harm in making it and, when it's finished, the packaging doesn't wash up on a distant shore or sit in a landfill for generations. We go to great lengths to ensure all of our packaging is plastic free and can easily be recycled or biodegrade once finished. We only use chocolate, cocoa and sugar that is fair-trade and/or organic. We want to ensure that a little treat does as little harm as possible and, perhaps, even a little good.
