A shift away from “look what I can do with all my privilege” to “ let’s make sure we all can do this and lift while we climb.” And most of all showcase that joy can be at the center when we do. There’s a paradigm shift happening in the US and, more specifically for what I’m involved in, within the ski Industry. Diversity and Inclusion ain’t a checkbox, but a reality and very much inevitable whether the industry likes it or not.
