👀Cholesterol has been widely blamed for the heart disease epidemic we have been experiencing since the 1970s when the REAL CULPRIT is *in short* chronic inflammation and acidity.
💥In fact, you need cholesterol and cannot live without it, as it is one of the most important components of your cellular and brain health.
👉Think about what happens when you STRESS EAT acidic foods like sugar (lactic acid), grains (sulfuric acid), dairy (lactic acid), artificial sweeteners (methanol and formaldehyde), too much protein (sulfuric, nitric, & phosphoric acid), coffee (tannic acid)...they all metabolize to ACID in your blood.
Acid is so corrosive, it can burn 🔥 a hole through metal, so think about what these acids are doing to your gut (leaky gut) and cardiovascular🫀system.
When there is an increase in acid, there is a subsequent increase in cholesterol production by your liver - it’s a reparative and protective response by your body to save your life from bleeding out from the damaging effects of chronic low-grade acidosis in your blood 🩸(this is EXACTLY what made my dad pass out at the steering wheel driving 70 mph in the HOV lane in Hartford, nearly killing him and my mother in an accident).
🤯That’s right: heart disease in all forms is an acid and inflammation problem, NOT a cholesterol problem like so many doctors have led you to believe.
😱Consequently, the pharmaceutical industry has built a MULTIBILLION-DOLLAR empire aimed at eliminating excess cholesterol. Unfortunately, not only do these cholesterol-lowering statin drugs mask the real problem, have DANGEROUS side effects (or what I call non-desired effects), but also put people in harms way as the research shows death rate SKY ROCKETS when your cholesterol levels drop under 169 (and alternatively, lifespan INCREASES when cholesterol levels are higher between 200-240).
🤑There’s nothing HEALTHY or CARING about the “Health Care” industry. They are making you lifetime customers of a SICK CARE industry that doesn’t care one bit about your health, but instead, what massive earnings💰from their drug sales that they can report back to their board of directors.
