Spring edition 🌷🌱🌞 Learning about the follicular phase and the similarities of the spring season changed a lot for me πŸŒ€πŸŒ± I use this time much more intentionally now to set myself up for all phases of my cycle πŸŒ™πŸ©Έ These are a few things I try and do intentionally during my spring season as this is when my energy is the highest: -deep cleans-really organizing and getting through any clutter that has accumulated throughout the month 🫧 -big grocery/pantry re-stock πŸ›’ -try new yoga classes or workouts πŸ§˜β€β™€οΈ (shoutout @taoustudio for having all the options) -money date/check in on finances πŸ’° (as doing this right before or even on my period is just not it) -handling any looming to-do’s that would overwhelm me during my period Now that I understood the different phases my body experiences each month I feel more equipped to plan my day-to-day that will support not only me, but my inner season too 🌸🌞🌼✨
