Take! A! Step! Of! Faith! • all you have to be is willing, and God WILL use you in ways you never knew possible! great is His faithfulness, and i will worship Him forever. • ¡honduras, tienes mi corazón! this was a week of tangible and evident God encounters, and an overall world-shattering experience for me. never have i EVER seen people so enamored by the Lord, mind you, people living in some of the most inhumane and dangerous conditions. • on the flight to honduras, i was def scared i would be useless or unusable, especially in the company of established doctors, pharmacists, dentists, and nurses. thankfully God had other plans — God turned my “yes” into so many blessings i’ll carry with me forever. our team was full of God loving people, full of grace, humility, love and laughter. they took us baylor kids under their wings and we got to learn some medical spanish, shadow doctors on CRAZY cool visits, AND i conquered my fear of dentistry and assisted on some fun dental procedures. however, i was forever touched by the children of honduras. they are by far the sweetest, most adorable, loving, and most beautiful models of God’s image. • Lord, forgive me for complaining about the lavish and privileged lifestyle I live. Forgive me for forgetting/ignoring how good You are and letting my circumstances eclipse Your absolute goodness. Continue to give me a servant heart. Continue to humble me. Allow me to vividly remember the Honduran people. If it’s Your will, allow me to come back again! If not, I pray peace and blessings and healing over every citizen of this beautiful country!
