INGREDIENTS 1 Part (30mL/ 1 Fl Oz) Lyre’s Dry London Spirit 1 Part (30mL/ 1 Fl Oz) Lyre’s Italian Orange 1⁄2 Part (15mL/ 1⁄2 Fl Oz) Lyre’s Aperitif Rosso 1⁄2 Part (15mL/ 1⁄2 Fl Oz) Blood Orange Tea Syrup ** Method: Pour all ingredients into glass over large block ice. Glassware: Double Old Fashioned Garnish: Blood Orange Wheel ** Blood Orange Tea Syrup: Combine 2 x Blood Orange tea bags, 1⁄2 cup near boiling water, 1⁄2 cup white sugar in mixing glass. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Leave tea bags to infuse for 5 mins. Cool before use, store in the refrigerator.
