The images that grace our walls are originals by American photographer Gordon Matta-Clark that were hand chosen by our head chef from the artist's archive. The series, titled Splitting, shows the restrained fracturing of a building leading to a new identity in a space—reminding us of the historic One White Street townhouse we're proud to call home.
