Save this recipe for a salmon breakfast sandwich with tahini bread from @nestwellness_ for a new way to enjoy salmon in the morning 👇 Salmon Breakfast Sandwich with Tahini Bread by Beth Bollinger Tahini bread ingredients: - 4 eggs - 1 cup tahini - 1/4 cup olive oil - 1 tsp baking soda - 2 tsp Italian seasoning - 1/2 tsp garlic powder - 1/4 tsp coarse sea salt Sandwich fixings: - Salmon - Avocado Optional toppings: - Herbs - Olive oil - Petite tomatoes Instructions: Preheat oven to 350. In a medium-size bowl, add all bread ingredients and mix well. Pour the batter into an olive oil-greased 8 X 8 pan. Smooth the top of the batter if necessary and decorate with herbs and tomatoes if desired. If you do use herbs, brush them with olive oil so they retain their vibrant color.
