10 WEEKS OUT from 140.6 mile IronMan triathlon. Who else is training for a goal right now? How’s it going for you? It’s HOT out here in Florida right now. Hoping for cooler temps soon. I did a Brick workout this weekend which means starting with a bike ride and ending with a run. I did a 3 hour bike ride covering just under 60 miles and then a 5k run. Followed by 30 minutes of yoga, 15 minutes in the sauna and 4 minutes in the cold plunge. I burned just over 4,000 calories for the whole day so I ate about 4,500 cals for the day and drank over 2 gallons of water. You gotta fuel correctly if you want your body to perform!!
