Riding the love train straight into my second lovey post of the year to reflect on the sweetest escape with my best friend, my celebrated valentine ♥ Wrapped up in a state of pure euphoric frenzy we came face to face with the enigmatic beauty of my ancestral land and its gifts. What a rush it was noticing the changing palette of the mountains with you, and the scintillating sparkles of sunlight on the ocean, and reveling in the presence of wild animals all while noticing the singularity of rocks being kicked around in the dirt and sand, and of course the scrumptious foods!!! All mundane things in my Chilean childhood that I’ve come to long for in my everyday life as a Diaguita girl in Chicago, and now you know why. What an unforgettable treat it’s been to share every part of my life with you Kane ♥ another magical memory for our bountiful treasure chest Thank you for loving me so deeply and feeding me juicy watermelon while I got my hair done.
