To Nemi and Rome in search of wild strawberries with @jacobkenedy of @bocca_di_lupo in this weekend’s @fthtsi. These tiny, highly perfumed, “natural bubblegum”-flavoured berries are wholly different from the strawberries we find in supermarkets. In Nemi, a town 20 km south-east of Rome famous for its wild strawberry harvest, we had the dubious pleasure of trying wild strawberry risotto. In Rome there were finer treats to sample including some freshly made wild strawberry gelato at @gelateriateatro. Thanks to @symmetrybreakfast for some of this video footage.
