Last night was pure magic. Thank you to @american_heart for inviting us to be part of such an incredible cause with @goredforwomen. I’m truly in awe of how thoughtfully curated this entire experience was — from a private CPR lesson to an intimate dinner that opened our eyes to just how deeply heart health has impacted our families and loved ones. The truth is, heart health isn’t talked about enough — especially when it comes to women. We so often take on the role of caretakers and forget to ask the important, thorough questions during our own doctor’s appointments. I’ve witnessed this firsthand. Good health begins with the heart and extends to how we manage our daily stress and well-being. What an honor it was to Go Red last night. ❤️
