I started to follow my @starcore program in January and slowly started to get my motivation back. I had no strength and no motivation. I've been working super hard in the gym over the past 7 months. I've had a lot of ups and down with my training but overall staying consistent has allowed me to gain around 7kg and reduce my body fat by 3% . My goal has been to get my body back feeling strong and my mind in a motivated place with training. This has such a positive effect on everything else in your life and where I perform at my best @tana_boshoff has been prepping and keeping us on track with our food and pushing me with my training too. We have overindulged many times but we have kept it very clean 80% of the time. She has been my 🪨 Now I'm back in full swing of training, my mindset is finally back to where it was last year and I'm ready to keep pushing hard to be the healthiest and fittest I can be👊 Hope this helps you get yourself motivated and if you're feeling lazy or down just remember that with a afew small changes to your mindset and routine anything is possible. Your mind is the only thing holding you back!! Everyone goes through hard times but the most important thing is to never let it keep you down and stop you from achieving whatever it is you want in your life 💪
