POV🥴: Have you ever been seasick? Keep watching....this happens to me often while I’m on a boat (catamaran, yacht etc.) So here are some remedies below I researched that may help prevent you from becoming seasick next time you are on vacation. Side note: I also believe my phobia contributed to this 😅.
💎Take an over the counter medication such as ( Dramamine) an hour or two prior. Please read medication labels prior to use for side effects.
💎 Avoid consuming alcohol and caffeine prior/ while you are at sea.
💎 Avoid certain sodas and replace it with apple juice.
💎 Keep yourself hydrated by consuming plenty of water and electrolytes.
💎 Try natural remedy herbs such as ginger and chamomile
💎 Bring a light snack such as crackers, pretzels, apples, and any kind of starch to help control nausea.
💎 Get plenty of rest the day before you set sail.
