1st 5K of manyyyyy races to come! I feel great! Got a great PR (9:47/mile)that I set for myself and crossed this race off of my “MUST DO BY END OF YEAR ACCOMPLISHMENTS!!” So proud of me for challenging myself to get outside my comfort zone .. it was worth it! side note: Thank you to Mr. A’s head (friend i met at the race) for being my pacer and keeping me on track.
