Tips for my blondes: •Try and limit the amount of lightening appts (recommended 3+ months or mini maintenance appts in between) I always try and create a seamless grow out no matter how blonde you want to be but this too me is where I see the the most retained health. •Limit the amount of heat on your hair. Always use a heat protectant, I personally love @kevin.murphy Heated Defense, @Olaplex No. 9 Bond Protector and @oribe Royal Blowout. •Moisturize, use a professional hydrating shampoo and conditioner, I personally recommend @kevin.murphy Hydrate Wash and Repair Me Rinse or @ilesformula_hair. Use a daily hair oil and leave in conditioner. •Be gentle with your hair. Don’t over brush and do it softly.
