"Die Dunkelheit bleichen" 2022 Dear everyone, Maybe it was because somehow the stars aligned and it's been a bit of a dark time, for me and for many of my friends. Maybe I needed to show us that there is always light in the dark. Maybe it was because my good friend and great musician @drangsal has a talent for words that I am passionate about or simply because the Worpswede light truly has something magical about it that caught my attention and as a good control freak I wanted to make it mine for a night and use it to play with the viewer's perception. Something I love! Whatever it was about, that night I armed myself with my bike, my AirPods, a canteen full of coffee my camera and my tripod and spent the whole night (23:30 - 7:00) riding around Worpswede and photographing places full of magic. The result is a series of more than 50 photographs of which I only show a part below. Most of them were taken in complete darkness to human eyes, others were taken at dawn and its first rays of sunlight....
