It’s all we are ever really guaranteed. Happiness is right here and now. ✨ We are nature. Look upon the magic outside of you and remember this is you too. ✨ At any stage and any age life is full of new beginnings. Never let yourself be defined by age or time. ✨ Follow your passion wherever it may take you. Trust in life and know it’s ok to fail. It’s how we learn and grow. ✨ I remind myself that others can only perceive me through the lens they see themselves. I stop worrying about what others think or believe about me, knowing it’s not my truth. Only I can know that. And what matters is how I see myself and the lens I choose... which is a lens of love. ✨ Gratitude has been a gift in rewiring my nervous system, retelling my stories, reshaping my life. On hard days I’ll simply focus gratitude on the moment I’m in like the air in my lungs, the love in my heart, the sweet sounds of my children’s laughter, my husbands loving embrace. ✨I remind myself daily I have everything I will ever need right inside me. We all do. I remember I am enough. I am unique. We are all incredible beings and we all bring something wonderful and enriching to this world through our differences.
