🇮🇹🍅 It’s that time of year! Tomatoes are the ripest and every Italian on the block is making homemade tomato sauce. If you’re lucky to find SUPER RIPE and TASTY tomatoes, this is my FAV recipe around this time of the year. I use my Nonna’s tomatoes from her garden 🪴🙏🏼 😍 Spaghetti alla checca 😍 Check out the reel for all the recipe steps. I don’t measure while I make this recipe, but if you really love tomatoes, the more you have, the better! This recipe reel was enough for Josh & I to have finished 2 plates of pasta each with enough tomatoes for both plates. The trick is to find tomatoes that are ripe and have T A S T E !!
