In the hair industry & many other’s, it’s really about who you’re surrounded by 💛 If you’re around stylists who are undercharging, you won’t ever feel okay with charging what you should be charging to profit. If you’re around stylists who treat hair as a hobby & ignore the business side of hair, you’ll get burnt out quickly. If you’re in an environment where you’re not growing, than you’re dying! It sounds morbid sure, but what I’m trying to get across here is that we are flowers. We all grow better in soil that’s right for us. You know you’re in the perfect environment to thrive when you’re growing fast! This means you’re in the right soil to grow exponentially. 🌱✨
