Florida is home to over 3,500 First Watch Employees at more than 100 restaurants, including our very own home office in Sarasota. Years ago, we started the ‘You First Fund’ which offers tax-deductible grants of $500 to our employees experiencing extraordinary hardship. In the wake of destruction caused by Hurricane Ian, we’ll be donating $100,000 through the You First Fund to our teams in Florida who have been affected by the storms. We operate around one core principle: You First. It’s a simple concept that speaks volumes to us – Our people are what’s most important, and their safety, health and well-being are always our priority.
