WHAT I EAT IN A DAY TO STAY LEAN 365 πŸ₯© So here is a little insight of what I eat daily In order to stay lean year round, and stay photoshoot ready πŸ“Έ I have such a good relationship with food now because I make sure my diet consists of all the food I love and enjoy πŸ“ˆ I eat for function rather than just eating when I’m bored now. Which is a habit that took a while to build but is now part of my routine and I feel so much better for it πŸ”₯ Tracking what I eat also allows me the freedom to eat what I want when I want as long as I stick to my daily macros 🀯 This approach allows you to socialise more, go out with friends and have meals out GUILT FREE πŸ’― because you there or where abouts the amount of calories you are consuming. I also have 2 free meals weekly now which I use as a refeed to allow me that mental break from dieting and allows me to go on β€œdate night” with @trainwith.taylor without worrying about what I’m gonna order off the menu.
