i am my grandmother’s granddaughter WE ARE DOING ONE MORE DROP OF MY @Josu SPICY CITRUS SALT SUNDAY 12/11 AT 11AM PACIFIC — order by 12/16 for delivery by christmas in the lower 48! grandma’s pecans: NO RECIPE MEASURE WITH YOUR HEART -pecans -a little something to make the salt stick. butter? olive oil? i don’t know what she used, i had avocado oil spray so i used that. just a smidge, they should come out toasty not oily -salt. i recommend my josu spicy citrus salt, naturally. use a little more than you think is appropriate, but try as you go & season according to your own taste buds. -apparently she cooked them in a pan. i did them in the oven at 350ish for about 25 minutes, checking every few min after 15 to make sure they didn’t burn & taking them out when they smelled slightly toasted. if you taste one, you’ll know exactly when they’re right — they go from tasting like raw pecans out of the bag to omigod hot toasty deliciousness. #familyrecipe #easyrecipe #saltbae #norecipeneeded #shopsmall #homemadegift
