Few topics in one post
1. Solution. Customer service. Before selling your service, don’t think just about money, ask the question “How can I help my customers/clients? What can I offer to achieve an ultimate goal?”. Show interest in their needs.
2. Quality. Always do your job on a high level because YOU do it.
3. Task distribution. You can be an ALL-IN-ONE person and multitask, which can lead to burnout.
“If you want to go fast - go alone. If you want to go far go together”
Try to switch off your control freak and delegate work with the trust to another person, who can do it faster and even better than you (that’s how I started work with pro retouches and other people).
It can lead to a wonderful dream team.
4. Price. Doesn’t matter what price you will put on a table, it will always be expensive for someone, cheap for others, and normal for someone else. You have to understand the value of your skills, knowledge you use to get the job done, equipment, etc. And if you work with a team, don't forget about them, because you have to pay them too.
5. Self-growth. Never stop self-growing in every aspect of your life. Coaches, master classes, youtube, books, therapy, sport, and what else can work for you will help you scale and get to the next level if you have that goal.
P.S. Give yourself permission for mistakes, it's normal and it helps to grow as well.
But you already know everything, it's just a reminder😉
