Working out is always better with a partner, but even better with a bestie! One of my favorite things is working out with my daughters. Even when they were toddlers, they would run into the gym in our house while I was working out, looking to see how they could train with me. Now that they are both teenagers, the workouts have leveled up considerably, but the same enthusiasm is still there.
