HOLIDAY SHRED... COMPLETED IT ☀️🍹🌴 My client @bron_boi_93 looking absolutely insane for his holiday to ibiza with the boys 🔥🔥🔥 Bron came to me back in January, wanting to get in the best shape of his life for his lads holiday to Ibiza ☀️ He’d always trained, already had a good amount of muscle, bust just lacked the structure, accountability and knowledge about nutrition to get shredded and build more lean muscle 🧬 1st phase was the body recomposition phase where we cleaned things up, reduced body fat and to prime his body ready to grow 📈 We then went into a growing phase to add as much muscle as possible in the short time we had leaving us enough time to cut for ibiza 🚀 We then went into the cutting phase around 8 weeks before his holiday, to reveal all the hard work we’ve put in 🦾 Bron works long hours and is a father to a new born baby. So finding time is tough.
