Made a combo of ribs, Double Smoked Bacon Wrapped Spare Ribs and Jalapeno Garlic Beef Ribs. Using all rubs and sauces from Heath Riles. This was an adventurous cook for sure, and a random rain shower delayed the entry photos but thanks to my wonderful Wife we got it all done. We also enjoyed the delicious results.
