This is a shout out post, because sometimes you need to just call out your joy!! Feeling so inspired after watching a few episodes of @studioairlift next hit #Transatlantic last night I was blown away by the craft of storytelling and the beauty of the images. @wingerworldwide is a total genius and it’s an honour to be part of her family. Transatlantic is based on the novel #FlightPortfolio by Julie Orringer which we’ll publish on @dialoguebooks on 11 August. The story charts the experience of American journalist Varian Fry as he led the efforts of helping Jewish artists and writers flee Nazi Germany from Marseille. This is biographical fiction at its very best. The images of refugees is so haunting and feels to relevant to today. This is a story you will all want to read and watch. Back to Anna: In most of our conversations we speak on the urgency of changing the world and Anna stands by her truth by telling us stories that confront the big questions of who we are. I am deeply inspired by her fearless thus peerless work and her and @tempeldorfer push @thomas.lovegrove & I to ask more pressing questions and to live by out values, beliefs. I love how Anna brings so many brilliant people around her and pushes their creativity and drives all to be the best versions of ourselves. Her team are amazing and her friends are fabulous.
