The Bali Restaurant Café Association is proud to be partnering with the Bali Hotel Association for the Bali Sustainable Food Festival which is held from 8th - 24th July. 44 restaurants around Bali are showcasing a more sustainable approach to food preparation and presentation by using locally sourced ingredients, organically grown produce, fair trade principles & protecting the environment all to create a greener and cleaner Bali.
