👀 Don’t get me wrong, I love an eye product! But at the end of the day, the most effective thing for dark under eye circles is still going to be concealer. In the short term, an eye product with mica can help temporarily brighten thanks to light-reflecting properties, and caffeine may help a bit with microcirculation. With continued use, an eye gel or eye cream can also help address fine lines, hydration, or discoloration from sun exposure. But when it comes to true dark circles, nothing beats concealer. Skincare is wonderful, beautiful, effective stuff! It also has limitations. We don’t want to set anyone up for disappointment, so it’s important keep expectations realistic.
