This whiskey provides some notes of walnut, jasmine and finishes with a unique umami note which ties together all the ingredients in this cocktail. It’s great neat or on the rocks, but also versatile enough to hold its own in a spirits forward cocktail like this old fashioned. Cheers y’all! #RedemptionSurLee #DrinkResponsibly #RedemptionRye #SurLee — JASMINE OLD FASHIONED — 21⁄2 oz 75 ml Redemption Sur Lee 1⁄2 oz 15 ml Jasmine Tea Simple Syrup (Recipe Below) 1 Barspoon Cherry Liqueur 3 Dashes Black Walnut Bitters Dehydrated Orange (garnish) Maraschino Cherry — Instructions: Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice. Stir and strain over a large cube while expressing an orange twist. Garnish with a orange wheel and a cherry. — JASMINE TEA SYRUP — 250g Cane Sugar 250g Water 3 Jasmine Tea Bags — Simmer water and let tea bags steep for 5 mins. Add sugar until dissolved.
