There is a new Hot Dog of the Month at the GCH Crafstman Grill called “The Backyard BBQ Dog” (at the Grand Californian Hotel) for the month of June $16.00 Magic Key Discounts Available This one is an all beef, bacon wrapped hot dog on a toasted focaccia style hotdog bun. It is then topped with Mac and cheese, shredded brisket, green onions, and comes with a side of confetti popcorn (which I’m guessing is in celebration of Pride month). This was a stellar hot dog, perhaps the best I’ve had at this location. Each component worked so well to give it a smoky, savory, and cheesy taste. It was also big for a hot dog. While I like that confetti popcorn sometimes, I do wish they had also included some fries or chips too. 9/10 rating (good eats)
