Somehow between helping to feed people in need all over the world, @chefjoseandres has managed to open a gem of a restaurant in LA. @sanlaurelbyjose is in the downtown LA Conrad Hilton. After 7 days of healthy eating and no hard liquor, we made this our first stop. 🤷🏻‍♀️😂 I don’t know what is more amazing: the food; the drinks; the service; or the view of the @frankgehry_official designed concert hall next door -a feat of metal curves that changes color with the setting sun. Magical. If you are in LA, run to this place before it becomes impossible to get into. Congratulations, Pépé!
