People believe milk makes bones strong. In fact, it’s a myth and lie we’ve all been led to believe by our doctors and the lobby powers that be. 🥴
Milk is highly acid-forking, and drinking it actually LEACHES calcium from your bones. Furthermore, if you drink milk, you are more than likely to be consuming these as well...

🤔Did you know that 80 percent of all the antibiotics in America are fed to livestock? Not only is this creating a terrible problem with resistant bacteria, but it is also contributing to LEAKY GUT SYNDROME and the destruction of our delicate MICROBIOME.
👉If you must drink milk from an animal (and I’m asking you not to), choose raw goat’s milk, as it most closely resembles human breast milk. Preferable to cow’s milk or raw goat’s milk is hemp and coconut milk (unsweetened and carrageenan-free), or homemade almond milk from raw, non-irradiated almonds. Skip soymilk and store-bought almond milk altogether. Not only is 95 percent of all soy genetically modified (GMO), but it is also higher in phytoestrogens (plant-based estrogens that mimic the estrogen in our bodies) than just about any other food source.
🌟BONUS:
Plenty of plant-based sources of calcium are much better than milk, such as broccoli, chia and sesame seeds, Chinese cabbage, raw almonds, and collard greens are some of my ACID-KICKING favorites.💥
