A few weeks ago I popped into @excellentedges HQ in Ringwood/Vic/AU to have my scissors sharpened and to catch up with the team @darcymim serviced my kit and took me through the whole process of sharpening scissors in their factory. He even changed the edge on my exedges Mantaray’s so I could point cut with them! These guys are serious about the art of bladesmithing. But seriously nothing else 😂 I get lots of questions about my kit in classes, so here’s what I’m currently carrying: General purpose (aka: GP, All rounder scissor, mostly for wet and precision cutting) Fuji GGF 5inch Fuji GGF 6.5inch Pablo powder steel 5.5inch I have 3 GP’s instead of one for different angles and lengths, this is something I’ve always been working towards and I’m stoked to finally get there 😍 I’ll honestly never look back.
