It’s publication day of the Arniano cookbook! We want to say a huge thank you to every painter who has ever visited Arniano and, after lunch, said : “Oooh, can I have the recipe for that?” Well, here you have it! Seventy five tried and tested recipes put together into this beautiful book by @thamesandhudsonau and photographed by @robynleaphotography and @labnoon with every chapter opening being a painting by @willropercurzon The book also includes a chapter on the painting course, William’s tips on starting an oil painting and day trips from Arniano. Plus our houses wine list, featuring a lot of @marchesimazzei @castellosonnino @tenutabuontempo so you can now recreate A House party in Tuscany at home! We hope you enjoy it. Here are some snaps from our celebratory dinner hosted by the wonderful @daylesfordfarm and @thamesandhudson We ate recipes from the book including: crostini with ricotta broad beans and lemon zest, artichoke and bechamel pie, balsamic glazed lentils, roast beef with green sauce, roast cherry tomatoes and a peppery green salad. To finish we had a marmalade and mascarpone tart, all executed by Daylesford’s wonderful chefs, and washed down with lots of delicious @leoube wines.
