OUT NOW @numeroberlin „What is your personal understanding of love? I think love is kind, love is gracious, love is understanding, love is community, love is friendship, love is receptive. Love is a simple word that I believe was put here on earth for us to gravitate to, create and then commune with. I believe people havestayed away from that word because they’re scared to lose something or to be hurt or disrespected.But if everyone in the world comes straight to this little word, this world would be a better place. The word, to me, is like a game which is chaotic because we do and look for different things too much. I believe that if we all come together and understand that we are put on earth to love, everything else would be so simple. Oftentimes it is very difficult to love and practice love when people upset you. How do you handle that? I’m Christian, so I believe every human being is capable of doing anything if you give them the time and chance. We are not perfect; we are humans and not God. People who hurt people often come from a place of hurt or neglect. So you have to understand that as painful as it is, every person is capable of flaws. That is why you extend love to them – because love is a healing component that brings people back to themselves. When people were born to this earth, they weren’t already hating people. It is experiences that make you attract those emotions and feelings. I believe love is the only healing component that we can always go back to; it is the reset button.
