34. I had a different vision for my 30’s when I was a kid. There’s a few things that haven’t happened yet, but I’m learning to adapt to the life God has put before me. I’ve accomplished a lot in the last 4 years and I am forever grateful for life’s lessons. I told myself that this year would be about balance. So I started the year with a reset/pre-birthday trip. I’m no longer giving my power away to avoid being alone. No more forcing connections because I want reciprocity. No more deprioritizing myself as an act of unconditional love. Definitely no more mistreatment and dysfunction with "that's just how they are,” which is equally dysfunctional. I’m releasing the urge to press people to change who don't want to, and fully accepting the love from those who do. 2022, I’m ready.
