• 4 sets - 12,10,8,6 reps {increase weight as reps drop}
Bulgarian split squats
• 3 sets - 8 reps
Good mornings
• 3 sets - 8-10 reps
RDLs (PYRAMID SET STYLE)
• 4sets - 12,12,10,10 {increase weight as reps drop)
Quad extensions drop set
• 3 Drops
(Difficult weight) AMRAP drop by 10% AMRAP drop by 10% AMRAP
