I have been lost for words.
I’ve felt heaviness in my heart, mind, and soul. I’m grieving a man I didn’t know. But it feels as if I lost a brother, my family.
Confused, angry, sad, burdened. I ask God why?
His videos have been circulating the internet at an extreme speed. His life and voice is echoing in this world where his life was taken too soon and unfairly.
This man, @charliekirk1776, said things a lot of people wanted to say but didn’t have the words, knowledge, or courage to.
In a world full of lies, I truly believe the good Lord used Charlie to speak truth. His life is a testament of a warrior for Christ, soldier, fighting the good fight for the sake of the Gospel.
In a world full of compromise, he stood firm in what he believed in and He was always ready to face his enemies.
So what’s next?
It’s happening. Revival is next. I see it, it’s everywhere and we have to be ready. It’s not time to think about self anymore. Lay aside your pride, and live for the One who brought you to earth in the first place. YOU are made for such a time as this.
I still feel lost for words, but that is because Jesus wants to fill, equip, and strengthen me and you for this mission. It’s not by human strength but only through the power of God and the Holy Spirit’s help that we can press on towards the goal that is set before us. It’s time to be a student and steward of God’s Word.
It is time to stop worrying about the opinions of anyone other than God, and be led by conviction through the power of the Holy Spirit!
“For whoever would save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for my sake will save it.” - Jesus Christ (Luke 9:24)
